Shipping & Return Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday). We propose free shipping for all Metro Manila orders.
Shipping outside Metro Manila will be charged at a flat rate of 150Php per order.

For resellers, shipping rate can be variable depending on volume bought. For regular purchases we will look for the best way to ship your bulk buy to ensure we always provide the most cost-efficient shipping.

We believe our Spirulina must live up to your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality product. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy and free! All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. We’ll refund your order within 14 business days of receiving your return.
All refunds are made in the original payment method.
Spirulina is a one-time consumption item and as such must be returned unused, unmarked, in their original condition, and with the factory seal and packaging intact.
